Broken Table

Today's is brought to you by the letters DDP, the number 12 and the pose Broken Table. This is a great pose to help strengthen your legs, arms, back and hugely, the glutes. It gets even more intense when you start doing crunches. Do this pose to both sides. Don't forget to engage your muscles to get the most out of your work-out! Bang!
