So tonight I started doing a few things my physical therapist has me do. We got a 2 lb weight at Wal-mart and Troy attached it to this bar for me. You hold the bar with both hands with your arms straight. You turn the bar so it rolls the rope up, raising the weight. Once it gets to the top you turn it so the weight goes down. It is quite a work-out for my arms and upper back area. Troy found some grips for me to use also. Those were making me frustrated. I have done them in the past no problem. After those I did some exercises with a resistance band and some repatterning techniques I learned in school. Man! These exercises aren't intense, but they sure made me sore!
I seriously have the most amazing husband. He got the heating pad out for my low back and pelvis. And also rolled a blanket up to go under my knees to take pressure off my back. I love him so much!
