Getting "Healthy"
So every year it is a goal of mine to get healthy. Sadly, every year I haven't done anything. This year I started with some injuries. I was in a car accident, my fault, on December 19th. Our car was totaled while the other car got a couple of dents from the license plate bolts. No bones got broken, but I'm dealing with some whiplash and nerve issues. I'm slowly getting answers tint pains, but it will be a long toad back to the strength I was. I am needing to take time off work to focus on getting myself better. I'm lucky to be working where I am. They are saving my spot. I can only hope my regular clients understand. Anyways. Back to my healthy goal. I have been looking up a ton of "healthy" recipes. I write them on a note card and place it in my photo album that has my recipes. Tonight we tried Honey Sesame Chicken. I think it needs more honey. But we also decided that if you serve it WITH the sauce, it gets too salty. But we will try it again. Tomorrow I'm going to start doing yoga again. I'm not in any shape to start doing Turbo Fire or anything like that. I have been looking at DDP Yoga. Now that looks pretty cool! What are you doing to be "healthy" this year?
